Janice, a native of Portland,Oregon, has been a stylist since the year 2000. After a lengthy career as a paralegal, she became a stylist because it is the "perfect combination of creativity and business".

Her specialties include fine hair and short cuts. Janice credits stylists she worked with early in her career as inspiration and influence in her current work. She admires the paintings of Modigliani for their ethereal quality which is both unique and beautiful.

The loveliest and most challenging experience of Janice's career as a stylist has been working with cancer patients.

Janice's favorite Bumble and Bumble product is Styling Creme because "It provides volume without weighing the hair down and it washes out easily." and her favorite Trick of the Trade is "light lacing or backcombing at the crown for height."

Janice moved to San Francisco for it's beauty, diversity, and liberal point of view, and sees our city as "the sanest place to live." Now that her kids are grown, Janice is "free to pursue anything which catches my fancy" and when not at work can be found spoiling her dog, Cooper, or eating Mexican food (her favorite!)
