Julie, the owner and the "heart" of Studio Lagorio, started her journey as a stylist in 1992 while apprenticing with a busy salon in the East Bay. She completed many hours of extended education with Bumble and Bumble, Vidal Sassoon, Goldwell, and Wella.

After 6 years, she was promoted to Salon Manager of both locations (East Bay and San Francisco) and juggled her management duties and stylist skills with grace, confidence, and a healthy sense of humor. Fast forward to 2006, when all her hard
work and dedication paid off and Studio Lagorio was born.

Julie is inspired every day by the creativity and expertise of
Bumble and Bumble, her extensive Bumble education, and by her team of talented and diverse stylists. Julie embraces the challenge of being a salon owner, and wears all the necessary hats with finesse and style. She takes pride in being able to, as a stylist, really have a positive effect on the lives of her clients. When Julie is not working, enjoys the beautiful weather with her French bulldog, diversity, and excitement of city life, as well as entertaining friends and family at home.
